Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in Paso Robles, California, is certified by the International Standards Organization (ISO). BIOCAMPATIBILITY STUDIES

     Fagene has conducted a comprehensive series of biocompatibility studies on our finished implants, including tests for cytotoxicity, mutagenicity, pyrogenicity, chromosomal DNA aberration, muscle implantation studies, teratogenicity, and more.

 

SIMMETRIC IMPLANTS

     Recent research indicates that facial symmetry plays a key role in facial attractiveness. The female models shown in our materials were selected for their natural facial symmetry. In designing our implants, we have focused on achieving near-perfect symmetry, helping surgeons achieve balanced and aesthetically pleasing surgical outcomes. Our implants can also be scalpel-adjusted by the surgeon to correct asymmetries for patients who do not have ideal facial proportions.

     Fagene offers rapid custom implant fabrication with an average turnaround time of just one week. Upon request, we will send you a model of your custom implant for final approval. Custom implant design kits are complimentary with your custom implant purchase.

Sterile Implant 

     Our entire line of silicone elastomer facial implants is provided sterile. We are the first company to validate a hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization process, eliminating concerns over gamma radiation and ethylene oxide sterilization.​
